The fantastic yoga leaders and I are thrilled to celebrate a year plus of yoga at our studio space in Randolph, VT. To celebrate, we are offering a team-taught yoga class with each teacher lending her special talents to provide you with an unforgettable yoga experience. We’ll settle in with Yin yoga with Ashley, followed by Kundalini breath work and spinal warm-up with yours truly, followed by vinyasa from Emily, some fun cardio/yoga-dance from Deonne, and wrapping up with restorative partner work with Sylvie. (No partner needed!) Afterwards, enjoy catered snacks and appetizers and get to know your yoga community. Class is from 5:30 - 7, and feel free to invite family members to join us for the catered food after class.
