It’s been a full year of wonderful events, and now it’s time to hibernate. I will be nestled in my home in Barnard, listening to the whispering of my blood and writing down its lessons. I encourage you to take time off from the busy holiday schedule - even for just an hour! - to quiet the mind and relax the body. Take a hot bath, put on some tea, shut off the phone.
