Winter Yoga classes - Kundalini Masala

Spice up your winter with this special blend of Kundalini yoga, vinyasa, and hatha-style yoga. What this means: we’ll be moving energy through dynamic breath work and movement, as well as holding poses to intensify their effects. We also weave in breath work, micro-meditations, and dance! Classes are tailored to participants, so you and I will connect over email before you attend class so I can learn about any injuries as well as your goals.
It's $150 for the series, or you can attend single classes, which are: $16 for 30-minute Wednesday classes and $20 for 60-minute Saturday classes.

Register by sending me an email. To attend single classes, please email me no later than the previous evening, and you’ll have the Zoom link in your in-box in time for class.

We practice Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to expand our awareness so that we can perceive reality beyond the details, stories, dramas, and illusions generated by our dualistic mind and our emotional programming.
