Private Yoga: In-person or Online

Privates are the best!  They're great for people who are new to yoga; who need specific attention due to injuries or limitations; who feel self-conscious about going to a class; or who just want to practice at a time convenient for them. I have 15 years of experience working with people of all ages, body types, and abilities. Using humor and a down-to-earth approach, I will help you or your loved one improve her or his life through simple movement, breath, and meditation practices from a variety of yoga traditions.

You can book your lesson either in person at my home studio or online through Zoom, which means anyone anywhere can join me for yoga! Using your goals and my knowledge of anatomy, I help you discover the poses best suited to your body. My focus is helping you develop an appropriate personal practice so you too can feel the transformation brought by regular yoga.

Yoga & Massage Hybrid - a NEW offering!

While you relax during an hour-long or 90-minute massage, I assess your stiff areas and consider the best yoga stretches for your particular body’s needs. Afterward, you and I have a 30-minute private yoga session where I give you a tailor-made stretching sequence as we practice yoga together. You will also get documentation of the stretching sequence so you can continue caring for your body in the best way possible. A great way to make lasting change for yourself.

Mini-Retreat at our Micro Spa
