Hike just rescheduled due to rain...we will now be holding this special Yoga Hike a week later, in conjunction with the Thursday Feast & Field Market held on the Clark Farm land in East Barnard, Vermont.  We will "field" before "feast," so come early to connect with the land that feeds us as we experience the energy of this special site.  We will cross the land in a moving meditation upon the four elements and how they manifest in our bodies through yoga asana.  We'll finish at the Feast & Field Market where participants can listen to live music in the open air, get tacos made with local ingredients, cider brewed by Fable Farm, and shop for fresh vegetables, meats, and more.  

In the community spirit of the Market, this hike will be offered by donation.  Pay as you can, and yes, farmers can pay in vegetables!
