Primal Power Happy Hour!
It's high time to get primal! Join me in an EPIC round of Osho's Dynamic Mediation, which will allow you to scream, shake, jump, and dance. Don't let the word "meditation" fool you - there's only fifteen minutes of stillness during this set. The exercises in this premier stress-release technique will leave you cleansed and renewed at a very deep level.
This is not a yoga class, so no yoga experience necessary. Wear comfy clothes you can sweat in, be in a space where you have some room to move (at least the size of a Queen bed), and don't eat a heavy meal beforehand.
