It's the last Uplevel Yoga Hike of the season, and it will be held at....
...the Appalachian Trail, starting at the Cloudland Road trailhead between Pomfret and Woodstock. For this hike, we will move at a faster pace than our other events and will also incorporate more advanced poses such as arm balances and inversions. But fear not - we will use an old stone wall inside a giant barn foundation to play with going upside down. To get to this foundation, we will hike along the AT, passing through a sweet lookout point, and do a short bushwack through the woods to get to this magic spot guaranteed to help your handstand.
You don't need to be a yoga master to join this hike, but some familiarity with yoga is recommended as we will be trying the fun stuff! Also, a moderate level of fitness is desirable as we will be going for that cardio buzz. Handstanding ability not required.
This longer event will be $25, and you can register using this link. If you're not sure you're ready for an "uplevel," please contact me and we'll assess it together.
