We will hike on the network of trails behind Silver Lake in charming Barnard, Vermont, with yoga stops including lakeside yoga in the shady pine grove.  Bring your swimsuit to take a quick dip in the cove near the end of the hike, or visit the beach at Silver Lake State Park afterwards.  Please note the time change: the hike will begin at 11 so participants can get in on the action at the annual Firemen's Yard Sale at the Barnard Town Hall, which begins promptly at 10 am.  (This sale has incredible deals!)
