HIKE IS FULL!
Saving the best for last this summer season - a Yoga Hike and labyrinth walk at a brand-new site! Leading Fields is a private short-term rental property in the hills just north of Woodstock. As the former estate of Barbara Kaufman, a Vermont sculptor, the site displays some of her sculptures that evoke the wonder of the natural world. After enjoying her sculptures, we'll convene for a yoga warmup, and then take an exhilarating hike uphill through the woods to the family cemetery marked with more sculpture and a stellar view. After a hilltop yoga session, we'll hike back down through woods and fields that continue to allow you a inspiring view of the area. We’ll have plenty of yoga moments both on the up and down hill hikes.
If this weren't enough, you will finish your experience with a silent walking meditation on the Leading Fields labyrinth. Labyrinth-walking meditation is a powerful tool for gaining insight into your life and purpose as we transition from summer to fall. Feel free to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after the event. For access to the grounds, the yoga hike, and the labyrinth walk, there's a $25 fee if you pre-pay by 8/31, or $35 at the event. Sign up now and save! (You can pre-pay below or pay me in class.) Once you register, you’ll be on the list to get specific instructions to get to the site.
Looking forward to hiking with you!
