Yoga Nidra - psychic sleep - is my GO-TO meditation for falling back asleep in the middle of the night. It works wonders! But this magic meditation is primarily used to help you stick to your intention by seeding it in your subconscious. We’ll start with some wake-up movements, discuss crafting an intention, and then do the guided meditation LYING DOWN.
