Clear your mind and explore the sacred land at Mission Farm, just south of Killington. For this invigorating hike, we’ll be hiking uphill on the trails behind the picturesque church, experiencing the beauty of pine groves, babbling brooks, mossy deciduous forests, and views of nearby Killington Mountain during foliage season. Along the way, we’ll be doing accessible yoga poses, breath work, and meditation. I’ll be reading inspiring quotations and inviting reflection on the connection between nature and the soul. If you love the woods and want to explore it in a new way, this event is for you!
No yoga experience necessary, but since we’ll be hiking up a 500’ rise, a basic level of hiking fitness is required. Registered participants will get an email a few days beforehand with detailed information with directions and what to wear/bring. To register, click the link below. Event fee is $35, and a portion of the proceeds from this event will go to support Mission Farm, which is a local nonprofit dedicated to love and the land by understanding the interconnection of all things and the value of biodiversity. This 180-acre land includes gardens for the Abenaki Land Link project, hiking trails, and the historic Church of Our Savior.
