Come in from the cold and open your heart! We will finish this series of Creative Expression workshops with chest-opening poses to increase freedom in the heart center, inviting an upwelling of courage and compassion. We will then explore the new creative terrain that can arise with this freedom by writing and drawing while on the yoga mat.

While this is not a vigorous yoga class, you will be encouraged to embrace physical challenge as a means to explore the relationship between your physical and interior life. Beginners and advanced practitioners welcome. Please bring a journal or sketchbook and a pen or pencil.
