After a day on the slopes, yoga is a skier's best friend. This private event at Good Commons retreat center will focus on hamstring recovery, stretching the adductor muscles, and releasing the IT band. Not to mention plenty of love for the hips and quads, followed up with a nice deep rest at the end.
